What truly sets Zoho CRM apart from other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is its extensive customization options. The platform allows us to tailor our CRM workflows, modules, and fields to align with our specific needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamlessly connecting with other Zoho applications as well as third-party tools, the platform enhances collaboration across different departments within our agency. This interconnectedness significantly improves our workflow and ensures that data is consistently and accurately shared among relevant teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting functionalities could be more robust. While the existing reporting tools provide essential insights, a more advanced analytics suite would be beneficial

My favorite aspect is the interactive dashboards.

I have yet to encounter any aspects that I find displeasing.

Highly recommended! I've also used Zoho People and Zoho Payroll, and they are equally impressive!

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?

I've found it very flexible but there are a lot of addons that can get expensive. It's good... open source? I think.. software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very flexible and has lots of features. We built the entire backend of our customer management on it to begin with and it integrates well with Google products

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a relatively steep learning curve and feels a bit dated. It can get expensive once you start piling on extra integrations mail, sign, etc. Some of the fields and filters are a bit weird to set up if you don't have experience building the technical side of a crm

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the customisation but be aware of the extra costing that might come with all the integrations down the line.
