What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?
Its price is affordable, it is easy to use, it provides an adequate and secure means to establish a fluid communication with the work team, it also includes productivity tools, it is stable and provides an excellent support service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to connect with our co-workers, regardless of their location. Cliq provides us with a convenient and secure way to communicate and collaborate at work, either through chat or other channels; our team is large and it is an advantage for us to have the option to view multiple chats at once, as well as create channels for different interest groups. Cliq allows us to exchange information easily and quickly, I like how it integrates with other native tools that we use recurrently and facilitate the fulfillment and execution of our daily tasks, I like the UI that offers intuitive and friendly anyone can use it without inconvenience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have been using this tool for more than 2 years and so far I have not had any inconvenience and so far there is nothing that can cause me displeasure or discomfort while I am using it, on the contrary, all the functions provided by this tool apart from its good performance are very useful for our work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoho Cliq has made it possible for all team members to communicate quickly and effectively without any limitation, it allows us to collaborate through chats or communication channels, we can share files very easily, schedule meetings from the calendar among others and without having to switch between different applications, In the same way it generates confidence and tranqulidad to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information we exchange, honestly Cliq is a tool that is worth using, it is easy to use, effective, stable and high performance, plus the benefits obtained with its implementation are many.
