What differentiates Zoho Books from other similar products?
Zoho books is very easy to use and is equipped with all the latest features needed to maintain accounts. Also the support team is super friendly and there are plenty of knowledge base documents available
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho books is quite intuitive to use and also solves all our purpose. My favourite aspect is using the inventory accounting feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, there is nothing much to dislike about Zoho books
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very good investment that one can make, especially if they want to maintain accounts properly

What differentiates Zoho Books from other similar products?
For both employees and customers to access or upload if needed, this product is perfect! You can create links for clients to access or upload files, while you and your co-workers have a shared collaboration space. If you have a large team, over 100, I would not recommend this product. For us, it seemed to work really well because there were about 20 of us using it, but it's hard for me to imagine it working well for a group that's 5 times our size. I don't know, maybe it still works just fine. If I had to know exactly when something was updated and have real-time updates on things being added, I wouldn't recommend this product either.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It acts as our on-site file server as well as our internal messaging chat system. We can seamlessly integrate it as a shared unit throughout the office. Allow everyone to have access to the same files. We can also control access so that the administration has access to your specific file.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support might respond quicker, although I rarely need it Expansion devices might be more aggressively priced, but it's a great place to dump data, or for workgroups, and it's a perfect backup medium. If anyone is looking for on-site data storage without getting a server, this is a good option
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We manage a complete facility with over 1000 employees and all the information that is created in all the applications of each department, warehouse, final assembly, quality, etc., along with the shared folder for all users, is a local backup using. We rely on this unit to make daily backup copies of all information and to have this same date available at any time during any contingency.

What differentiates Zoho Books from other similar products?
It is flexible enough and quite inexpensive compared to other products in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's flexibly intuitive and easy to generate reports. Also I like how it helps me to provide bookkeeping to some of my customers. Also it's very user friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Everything works great for me
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The price is excellent and out of box ,it is very easy to use.Also it's bookkeeping functions are available and it's general interface are pleasant,so you should not hesitate to give it a try.
