What differentiates Xodo Sign from other similar products?
I have tried a lot of different programs and Eversign is by far the best, not only in terms of the software but also in terms of customer support. They are quite beneficial. Every day, I use Eversign to connect our providers with critical documents that keep our company running.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoyed how simple it was to use Eversign. It was simple to use and included all of the functionality that one would expect from electronic signature software. It resolved the business issues that we were facing prior to this e.g signing crucial documents for compliance purposes is made simple. Save money on printing hard copies while also helping the environment. Furthermore, all signed documents are kept in one location for easy access and storage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main disadvantage of the version is that you are only allowed to sign five documents every month. When we reduced for the quiet months of the year, we lost access to specific team members, which was inconvenient. However, I noticed that most other services had the same restriction.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Version is the best platform to sign your documents from a remote place with great security. It made my work easier and if you want the same freedom in your life then just give it a shot. I particularly appreciate the fact that you have an archive and a real-time “waiting " list, which helps me stay current.

Cost and ease of use. Eversign is free to use (for small companies like mine)

Uploading documents can sometimes be fiddly to do

To sign up for a free account initially and give it a try. I think it’s better than Adobe E-sign

What differentiates Xodo Sign from other similar products?
This is simpler to use than other signing software I've used and offers more features at a lower cost. Things like multiple signers, for which the other service charges exorbitant fees when I only need multiple signers every few months.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our need for secure and simple document signing and exchange will increase as our company grows. I'm confident that eversign will be our sole platform for hosting all of our templates. EverSign is web-based, so we can access it from any device that has internet or wi-fi. Even from my phone, the dashboard is clear and detailed, which is a massive bonus for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I love their templates but one thing that I hate is they are restricted to premium subscriptions, as are other document workflow services. If we buy them the tool becomes more costly than others. In addition, unlike other services, template previews are not available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
eversign is a simple and user-friendly tool that can be used effectively. The setup process is extremely simple, and their support team will be extremely helpful when you need it. I would recommend it to any type of organization, and I believe it will outperform your expectations.
