What differentiates WorkRamp LMS from other similar products?
WorkRamp allows for content to be created for an internal audience and external audience. This allows for both internal company training, and external client/partner training with ability to grant certifications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The content/course builder is very easy to use with drag and drop elements. Content can be duplicated and adjusted.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Currently, there are some limitations around deep linking to specific areas within a piece of content in the external academies product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Keep a close eye on reporting. WorkRamp has great reporting capabilities, which you will want to ensure your vendor has. There will be lots of people interested in who passed what trainings.

the inability to bulk grade or update due dates for courses. it can be a bit clunky and requires submitting formal support tickets.
