What differentiates Workday Student from other similar products?
The following terms are used in reference to it: benefits, staff, organization, employee performance. For the end user, it is a network that links the company to the employee. I know that the configuration of the software is customized for each particular use, however, I believe that more documentation and/or explanation of how to use the software by the software providers and the institution in question would facilitate the procedure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it is necessary for a worker to enter data into the system, a small printed instruction directs the person through all the necessary steps. This looks much like and is as easy to use as internet tax systems. When the institution or worker must perform a task, Workday has the necessary steps to perform each activity and communicates through its corporate email system to issue an automatic alert.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My best example is logging into the website from outside the institution's network. This is a great feature to access information from anywhere, however, it is overlooked by many users as they do not know it exists. This can be provided by Workday to the worker or by the organization to the worker. The procedure itself is wonderful. In spite of this, it is only excellent the moment there is consensus and buy-in from both the institution and the worker where it is used.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday is beneficial for medium/large sized companies with a suitable number of employees. A smaller institution could effectively utilize the capability of the program, however, I believe the explanation of utilization could be less helpful. Workday at present is utilized as an aid for personnel administration throughout the organization.

Limited third-party integrations: Workday Student offers limited third-party integrations compared to some other student information systems. This can limit the ability of institutions to integrate with other systems and tools they may be using.
