I dislike its steep learning curve, as the complex interface and navigation can be overwhelming for new users, requiring significant training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend diving into Workday HCM with a solid plan expect a hefty setup time months and invest in hands-on training to ease the learning curve, but trust that its powerful analytics will make HR a breeze for your big team

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

You can set up simple hr tools in a few weeks. Workday is different because it is a core system for your whole business, and the implementation is a very long and serious project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday has a very clear methodology for implementation, and they give you a lot of support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our implementation took nine months and we needed a team of full-time people and expensive consultants to do it. It was much more work than we expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not think you can do this as a small side project. It requires a major commitment from your whole company.
