What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Wordpress has always been a go-to due to the breadth of features it provides and the countless plugins you can use to really do about anything you want.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The security measures, the absolute crazy variety of useful plugins, and the smooth integration with other third-party apps are my favourite aspects of this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think there's anything that I dislike in particular, but maybe the fact that it requires a payment for every single feature it offers. It is a little bit off-putting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If this is your first time going in, please just go for Wordpress. It will save you lots of time and effort.

No call support available for the user if they faced any issues
