The User interface is not very intuitive and may be difficult to understand for beginners.

Watch the tutorials offered by them and also try there demo to better understand you website requirement.

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

WordPress comes with a lot of themes and plugins that can be used to design websites faster and easier. They also offer free hosting for websites at the same cost compared to other tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the software customer support of WordPress as they are more technical to all technical questions. The cost of the tool is affordable favoring even smaller businesses to use the solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to export the website files from WordPress and plugins at times comes with security vulnerabilities that can expose website to insecurities

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

WordPress is easy to use to create good looking website and I would recommend the tool
