My favorite aspect of WordPress.com is its versatility and scalability. Whether you’re a beginner creating a personal blog or a business building an e-commerce site, WordPress.com offers a user-friendly platform with features that grow alongside your needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about WordPress.com is the limited flexibility on lower-tier plans, especially the inability to install custom plugins or themes without upgrading to the Business Plan or higher. This restriction can be frustrating for users on the Premium Plan who want more control and customization options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re starting a blog or a basic website, the Premium Plan is an excellent choice. For advanced customization or e-commerce, the Business Plan might be worth the upgrade.
