What differentiates Webroot Security Awareness Training from other similar products?

Fast implementation via the Webroot portal. Very easy to manage (multitenant) for IT Security Service Providers. Webroot technical staff always very helpful and receptive to ideas and concerns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting for our clients is top-notch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like to see more flexibility in how campaigns can be scheduled.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with a small department or client and work through your first implementation. There are numerous customizations that you can make and once you work out the protocol that best fits your needs, it is very easy to then onboard the remainder of your organization.
