What differentiates Webex Events from other similar products?
Functionality-wise, Socio is quite similar to other platforms we've looked at. However, the setup was super slick and straight forward, pricing and contract negotiation was more than fair and their client support is unparalleled.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and client support stand out for me! Many people within our network are not too tech-saavy if you will, and they found the Socio app easy to navigate. It was great for networking and the gamification was a hit, too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't think of any dislikes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend using Socio. Our company has been very pleased with our experience!

Make sure you ask about all features you want to use so you know if Socio alone will handle for you or if you'll need to add other tools
