Marketing Automation. Email Marketing & analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I started working on this product, I had to look into their own language which is used in emails & other templates. That was a learning experience too tho.

Setting WebEngage once will resolve and automate many tasks that will give an uplift to your revenue.

I have been able to empower users to foster successful marketing outreach work. The interface is fluid and intelligent to achieve an interesting goal for my clients. The clients are happy with the results obtained. The support is impactful because they are very fast.

I don't like that the software has an inefficient way to visualize some functions, it is very useful.

It has been exceptional in indicating a well-done work method with the necessary ease in terms of campaigns and increase in customers in the market, without a doubt the program has been very solid so that our customers feel satisfied and comfortable to optimize a great service simplicity and quality specialized in web traffic with marketing automations in business processes or campaigns, integration with the website is very simple, from data segmentation to template creation, real-time A / B testing and scheduling It is done with great ease, the system is much more complete because it allows a CRM which increases the traffic to our website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's an amazing marketing automation tool, it has a nice reporting dashboard and scheduling features, I loved the flawless data flow and seamless workflows and enabled communication, I also like it's funnels and event-based travel. that reacts to an event in real time and helps us organize our marketing engagement pipeline interactively at each stage the user is in, it has also helped us to distribute our campaigns efficiently, the most important feature that i liked is the little logic with just drag and drop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My experience has been very good in terms of how this platform works, it is one of the best tools that I use, so I have to think a lot to find a dislike, there is nothing that I do not like so far.
