Reporting is an issue. An update for the integrated reporting tool has been on the roadmap for many months now, going into years, and it really needs to be addressed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get hands-on with a demo before you buy. Unlike some competitors it is not a jack of all trades. It is great at process modeling and business architecture - as long as that is what you need you can't go wrong.
