What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of USU Software Asset Management is the way it helps streamline the process of tracking and managing software licenses. With the software asset management system, I can easily view the licenses I have purchased and the associated expiration dates, as well as any associated costs. Additionally, I can quickly access all of the necessary documentation related to the software, such as product keys and license agreements. This system makes it easy to stay organized and up-to-date with my software license information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the fact that this product is not very user-friendly. It is difficult to navigate and understand, making it difficult to properly manage software assets. Additionally, the system does not provide enough information to make informed decisions about software purchases and upgrades. This lack of information can lead to costly mistakes and wasted time. Furthermore, the system does not provide enough support for users, making it difficult to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
