What differentiates Trend Micro Apex One from other similar products?
It is an amazing product. Trend Micro Apex One is being used on all endpoints in our faculty District. We’ve nice reaction time from the Trend Engineers from troubleshooting to proactive preventive maintenance. For any purpose, if we tend to have a question, support is ready to advise and build the correct changes to our environment. Our account managers are great. We’ve had weekly conferences with them. They’re terribly responsive to our desires and straightforward to figure with. They’re always willing to tell us Of the latest threats still as educate us on new developing technologies to combat the ransom/virus threats.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how Apex One can do its job. It generally grabs the malicious file before another EDR does most of the time. There are a lot of choices to navigate to within the Apex One portal GUI, which might be annoying, however, once you perceive wherever to go… it gets easier. Once ticking an option, it doesn’t take long for the operation to occur. Trend small Apex One catches most viruses compared to different virus scanners. I’ve been using it for years now.
