What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

I've used both the paid and free versions of this platform and the free version is as simple to use as the paid version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello is the easiest and simplest project management software thus it is very suitable in managing a simple and basic project and task.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it's necessary to use external programs for some simple stuff.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My tasks lists have never been so easy to identify and manage, especially visually.
