What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Better task organization when compared with other similar apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello provides a realtime sharing project management experience. So, various members of a given project can edit its tasks at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The recurring ticket features are kind of annoying. They just don't quite work as expected, they're hard to adjust the originals or cancel entirely and keep popping up so it has discouraged my team from wanting to use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is well suited for teams with common tasks that aren't looking for calendar integration. If Kanban boards work for you, use Trello. If you need more than that, or require calendar integration, you may be better off looking for alternatives. If you prefer short and simple project and task descriptions, Trello is for you. If you need long, detailed descriptions, you should look elsewhere

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is an excellent assistant for project management in the form of automated lists, allowing to visualize our pending tasks, we use it in our small company for some time and the truth is a very simple but very practical platform, which maintains the essence of shareable lists to maintain order in the development of pending projects in our company. The payment options open a new range of very useful options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reminders allow our workers not to lose track of the pending tasks keeping them aware of what is happening and making the company more productive, the importance of being able to share the lists is the collaboration between employees to carry out projects faster and to deliver them to our customers in the stipulated time without increasing the costs of this. The constant monitoring of all tasks provides management with a broad vision of the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is necessary to improve the time schedules of the projects since sometimes the dates are not the ones stipulated at the beginning. Sometimes it is a little complicated to log in, taking away usable time. The user interface slows down sometimes when the lists are very long. Simplify the option to attach and download files to keep the projects with photographic references. This could help a lot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is an excellent tool that supports a lot in the management of tasks at a very low cost, the tool can be used for free, but with diminished options, by accessing the full package you can get more powerful tools to achieve increased productivity. The customer service is always attentive to us to know how we familiarize ourselves with the platform which is quite useful. An excellent tool overall.
