What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

From our company we manage different projects for clients and we need to do many tasks together, through Trello we can order each of these tasks in the form of lists which allows us to have more control between them, besides being able to evaluate the progress of our projects and the employees who have contributed to them, the lists help a lot in our company, keeping up productivity over time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The organization of all our tasks through Trello provides greater order in our company, things flow much more since we upgraded our system to this tool, Trello changed the way we distribute our projects and employees are much more comfortable using the tool. Without a doubt Trello is excellent for increasing the productivity of our employees and that tasks do not get lost along the way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Multi-team projects are difficult to manage with Trello, as it is not easy to join them together resulting in having to look for other tools when these cases arise. We would like Trello to have many more integrations that can make the work much easier, such as being able to synchronize it with Google Calendar, to keep and measure the time in which projects are developed, and coordinate delivery dates of these.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is a cutting-edge option for small businesses that need to better organize their ideas and the way in which projects are worked, with its series of functions companies can manage much better than they already do and employees will have much more time to work on what is important and in a synchronized way, allowing performance evaluation and keeping customers happy with the progress of the projects being carried out.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello simply offers a linear, user-constructed workflow with no verification of the process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Labels so that we can organize by entity and importance of task clearly and color-coded.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The sticky notes on the Trello board display limited information. Things such as due dates, comments, project descriptions, and the like are shown after clicking the notes. This makes tracking progress over large-scale projects complex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To handle a scrum board and also to track all the activities in a team.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello's greatest strength versus other project management tools is its simplicity and ease of use. You don't need any type of training or previous setup. You can literally start using it within seconds after setting up an account.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Provides important information on each employee like personal information along with data collected during the time of hire and during employment time. Helps track employees' "to do before hire", "to do after hired," and "to do when an employee leaves"

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search is not good. It's really hard if we have to search in subcategories.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trello is perfect for team-based projects where multiple people need to work on different tasks and usually, people depend on others' involvement to move forward or finalize their own tasks.
