What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Tidio Chatbot is a fully functional, easy-to-integrate, and customizable chatbot for your website. Both the customer-facing and business-facing interfaces are well-designed, easy to use, and have a wealth of customization options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I don't like is how difficult it is to alter the chat's color scheme to make it better fit my website's theme, but this has no bearing on the chat's overall usefulness.

I highly recommend this program because it provides a very straightforward, clean, powerful, and customizable interface both in its backend and on its website, which aids in making live chat support on a website more accessible. Being a platform that helps us to provide very services, but you have a very expensive license that should also be better detailed for the public concerned which is not highly recommended for small businesses with little traffic of people, as well as better products in its premium license that should be noted are very good but still not a very competent license.
