What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

Scheduling is more efficient, more features love the multi channel integration and canned answers. If set up correctly can really help with common customer interactions, orders and delivery faqs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it integrates well with Shopify and that you can customise it to meet needs. Real time ? nyeraction is great for sales and brand building

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the fact that to be really effective you need to have a large or onboard team. Not everyone likes chatbots or are willing to use for business despite the fact that they use real time social chat everyday!!!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try out a range of free trials and options. You'll soon find what features work well for your business. Consider how tideo can save money in terms of customer services especially during peak seasons
