What differentiates The Receptionist from other similar products?
This product focuses just on the visitor kiosk. Other products offer solutions to other needs, but if you are looking to solve the visitor kiosk need, I like this product because it addresses the need and you don't have to pay for other functions you don't need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to configure menu. Company branding and custom questions (e.g. covid screening).
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be nice if we could configure questions to appear based on responses to prior questions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are strictly looking for a visitor kiosk solution, I highly recommend this product. We are a very happy customer!
