What differentiates TapClicks Marketing Operations Platform from other similar products?
TapClick's dashboards are very visually appealing, easy to integrate and map and allows us to easily set up dashboards for our clients. Every aspect has been better than previous vendors we have used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to easily connect and map digital marketing campaigns and even set this up to automatically map based on the account name in our ad platform and the client's name in TapClicks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like how some of our dashboards has to be the same for all clients using it, which takes away from some of our customability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to hook everything up properly, set up auto data mapping and take full advantage of the customizations!

What differentiates TapClicks Marketing Operations Platform from other similar products?
It is one of the best analytical tools to manage commercial campaigns online, it does a fantastic job of visualizing data for our clients, it is also a great tool to configure reports in real time, it is also very easy to acquire the necessary skills to create, manipulate and share reporting dashboards, the reporting tools allow us to create custom and recurring reports for clients, they have a large library of native integrations and also allow us to create our own custom data source types, it also provides a fully customizable and very easy interface to use to monitor the performance of the end advertiser's marketing campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the reports can be automatically sent to my sales reps so I don't have to manually extract them and then send them, I also like the ability to create multiple reports to cater to different departments, the available selection is wide and you can add them without hassle . new products, it also gives you access to a large library of integrations relevant to your marketing reporting needs, it is wonderful for us to have all the reporting capabilities in one platform and to have the ability to create monthly reports for our clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things I don't like about this tool is that you have to configure a group of clients to allow a user different access to a client.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It helps us automate our reporting and analytics services for our growing list of clients, if you want to provide the best internal and external reporting and analytics services or functions to your organization or your clients, this is the platform for you.
