the range of analytics available and the kind of features available are unmatched. Also it's easy to learn and apply. Very easy to integrate with alot of marketing tools

The Analytics and AI aspect. Also the visualization and features available. It helps to navigate our target and Achievement

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard for new users to learn and need a crash course for the same.

What differentiates Tableau CRM Analytics from other similar products?

Helps create visually stunning dashboards with data insights, visualization options include pie charts, maps, bar graphs & more allows us to communicate insights more effectively it has helped me understand datasets better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tableau comes with a really intuitive design which is fairly simple to set up, overall accessibility and support for the product are some key features that I liked for tableau. The learning curve for using tableau is really less.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Though tableau provides a lot of customizations in dashboard but some users noticed that there are some limitations on using predefined presets, there is definitely some potential for improvement in that aspect. Functionalities related to intricate analysis can be a little difficult to understand initially

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The interface is simple to understand for people who understand insights, but completely new people can make use of few initial guidelines for help, just like simple pop-ups, or we can integrate a chatbot inside app UI itself for help.
