Very accessible and good customer support. Very feature-rich software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexible and customizable, no need for previous ERP user experience to start using it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bugs make it frustrating to use, UI looks dated, quite pricey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's very feature-rich so if you need a certain function that other ERPs do not provide, Syspro would be recommended. It's powerful and is a complete solution. 3rd party software integration is quite wonky and buggy.

Serial and batch tracking, product configurator, open GL, SQL database.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SQL database makes customized reporting data extraction easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User interface is clunky and doesn't suit visual-users very well. Doing multiple updates to records requires doing them one at a time - they cannot be batched - it is time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For small to medium sized businesses, provides good functionality for manufacturing companies.

SYSPRO focuses on delivering tools that help its customers integrate technologies such as AI, ML, IoT, cloud and consumer-grade user experience (UX) into their ERP system.SYSPRO is an on-premise and cloud ERP for manufacturers and distributors focusing on inventory management, manufacturing operations management, order management, production management and more. Lot traceability and serial tracking, sales analysis and optimal pricing, product information and sales tax reporting are some of its quintessential features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes. Allocate pricing based on chosen modules, the number of users, deployment and the quantity and quality of available information.
