What differentiates Synergy Practice Management from other similar products?

This project management program is very focused on the smallest detail. This is exceptional software in my opinion; it cannot be surpassed by another program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Product adaptability to labor habits. First-class technical assistance throughout the trial and after subscription. Help was supplied on demand (quite rapidly) to address software-related concerns and migrate our existing routines such as invoicing, project numbering, project review, etc. to the Synergy platform. We now have a completely portable practice management solution that has enhanced staff efficiency after just three weeks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Testing might have better clarified the starting setup. The platform's QA standards make it difficult to adjust parameters, such as staff costs, after they're established. Synergy has been helpful in explaining easy solutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A highly effective and efficient method for the management and administration of projects.

What differentiates Synergy Practice Management from other similar products?

We've been using it for a variety of mail deliveries for many years, including email newsletter distribution, targeted mail delivery, and step mail delivery. The distribution environment manager and the production manager share the responsibility of preparing for distribution, but because the distribution environment is also easy to learn; it's wonderful to be able to distribute without errors or disasters. It's simple to add items to the database for client administration, thus expanding its use is a good idea.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is a vendor and product user community where information may be exchanged. Other users taught me about API support and failure scenarios. Vendors conduct a variety of lectures to showcase what's new and what's hot.Product training, marketing seminars, and other methods can help you learn about a number of customer improvement scenarios. I wanted to perform mail delivery in a systematic manner, therefore that function was created and is now enhanced in the Scenario Functionality where mail delivery criteria are branched. It has contributed to the activation of consumer communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a scenario design tool that automatically emails certain data, however, I would want it to use a pay-per-use model depending on usage. Due to the number of scenarios taken on and the budget, the scenario creation feature could not be employed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Email distribution requires a lot of time and effort, such as setting up delivery and monitoring the effect after delivery, however by adopting this Synergy, we were able to distribute email effectively and increase delivery frequency. Furthermore, because we got substantial help following the introduction of Synergy , we received direction on effective distribution, among other things, which resulted in better results. Because we didn't have the means to correlate customer data with request details and query information, we manually sorted the request numbers one by one. Cooperation is now possible, which helps to reduce man-hours.
