Great virus protection product!

What differentiates Symantec IGA from other similar products?

Symantec provides virus software for all of the computers in our company. They fully support the software and keep our network protected from all viruses. They send software updates to keep virus definitions up to date. They also remind us to do system scans to identify any corrupt files or issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is that the software is virtually transparent and there is little to no action from the end user other than updating virus definitions occasionally and running a system scan of computer every so often. All other actions are taken automatically on the network.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That I have to take manual actions like running a system scan or updating the product every so often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend their software products as they do a great job protecting the computers and prevent viruses from getting onto the network. Their product is always up to date and the company is responsive to questions and feedback. The product is virtually transparent and does its job to protect the network behind the scenes.
