What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

Their support people are really helpful and the service is quick, also, the platform is very intuitive in itself.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The analysis and report, how it is very sorted for monitoring and management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only the fact that it is expensive, so we have to justify the company its capabilities and also the fact that we cannot integrate it to other social platforms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an amazing tool to make the life of social media marketers simple. specially analysis, tracking and listening

It enables us to save time by scheduling our posts to all our social media platforms. Reaching many clients through social media has lead to increase in sales and customers to our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have nothing to dislike from the performance of this product.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

Back when my agency switched from HootSuite to Sprout Social, they were one of the first to simply cross-posting to social media--adding options to post to not only FB and Twitter but also IG, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc. That was a huge labor-saving plus for my organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SproutSocial gives you a nice preview feature, so you can see what future-scheduled social posts will look like before they're actually published. Sounds like common sense, but not all social media software services had this origiinally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not always the greatest uploading dynamic content like videos or GIFs--sometimes gives you issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to them about customized pricing to fit your needs. Their service reps are pretty flexible in adjusting pricing to the number of accounts/users you may need if one of their preset plans isn't perfect for you.
