Smartsheet has a lot of features that can help minimize your work. It has functions that can create formulas to simplify the monitoring or processing of requests

The product have limitations in accommodating large number of data.

It would help if you considered ways to adapt data, like other applications or the cloud.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It is way more quick and efficient than other tickets. I can upload a campaign in about 2 minutes to be trafficked and the other teams have live access to it as well. I can check if they have worked on the smartsheet or not as well (for ex adding the creative)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is like a live doc that is super efficient and transparent

What do you dislike most about this product?

when there are a lot of campaigns, one has to use a lot of filters to find the newest one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Filters are your best friend.
