What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is its spreadsheet-like interface combined with powerful project management. It makes complex workflows, dependencies, and reporting feel familiar rather than overwhelming.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My biggest dislike is that Smartsheet can feel complex and expensive, especially for smaller teams. There’s a learning curve to its more advanced features and workflows. For simple task management, it can feel like more tool than you need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend Smartsheet to organizations managing complex projects, workflows, and portfolios, especially those comfortable with spreadsheets. Before buying, test the features you actually need and compare the total cost with alternatives.

High level visibilty to project and project notes from a GANTT chart and spreadsheet perspective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

no real defined lane-ways for sdlc progress to see a high level view when reviewing with a team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

make sure it fits needs of PM as it may not be detailed enough and if it is being used for product or development or services.
