What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It’s a versatile tool that connects many alternative options of the Microsoft office packages with clever automation and makes it very simple to use. I favor the information shuttle and the data mesh functions. Also, the dynamic view is sort of helpful for collaborating with different stakeholders. Smartsheet also makes it easy to speak and send notifications to candidates and managers that we track in our HR dept.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With premium function tools like “data shuttle” and “dynamic view,” smartsheet are often a robust tool to bridge a gap between existing work culture to become transparent working culture. Our current work environment is excel based, and everything is saved in local excel files in every department. If created correctly, the smartsheet can connect all data from each department saved locally and create one online data sheet to have one source of data reflecting all key detail from each department. And this can be done by not changing anything with what this team is doing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once beginning with Smartsheet, it should take your time to become familiar with the app and its varied shortcut icons. It may take a few seconds to find the image I need, even after many weeks of practice. Reconnecting every few minutes is annoying, conjointly the session break is simply too short.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet’s comprehensive set of options makes it simple to watch development on any project and maintain order at any stage. The power to set up processes that notify individuals once assigned tasks or at predetermined intervals is a wonderful feature of Smartsheet. I appreciate Smartsheet’s collaboration features because they create it so easy for everyone to get the desired documents. Having the choice to switch between different perspectives is additionally terribly helpful.
