What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a great project management tool. The reason is that it is very flexible. It's very similar to Excel. So, users understand it, which makes it a little bit easier to use for the vast majority; it does a very good job of creating Gantt charts. It is widely used for compiling the status of various projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Prioritizing can be very difficult and sometimes tough decisions need to be made. If the portfolio management team cannot make those decisions or is not empowered to do so, it can lead to decreased efficiency within the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is your project customization feature. It's a great solution because you can add your own WBS. Another feature that's valuable in the solution is when you have those connections, you have that API, you have an isolated space and you can create a solution, it's a tremendous product because you can extract data. You can enter the formulas and do a lot of the automation. Adding quotes and links to the vendor's site; Smartsheet allowed us to integrate the quote into the project seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Companies of all sizes can make scale adjustments with confidence and deliver value as business needs change. Chances are, Smartsheet will integrate with the software you use every day. Because if it works for you, it works for us. With a working enterprise platform, organizations can focus on innovation with confidence.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Perhaps an integration that picks up the type of work plan that has been developed and offers recommendations. Chart, card and dashboard components could be more customizable visually. Compared to Power BI features, Smartsheet dashboards don't look interesting. We need more colors, more graphics, possibility to put animated images in the background.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You work flexibly and securely, from small projects to large-scale processes and entire portfolios. Track and visualize your work as you prefer, easily switching between several views: Grid, Card, Gantt or Calendar. has been fundamental to achieve a group task of project management. Without a doubt, I have been able to obtain great formality in simple processes; it has given a systematic projection for all departments to use to control task procedures.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

We have great operations management and tasks which carry a fulfillment with Smartsheet directly to manage daily sales operations as well as build a dashboard to have important information about opportunities, closed deals, proposed products, we specialize in the registration of spreadsheets, integrating formulas, which allows a useful control.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have good opportunities to effectively automate deadlines and specific checkpoints in a calendar using the numerous options offered by the program mainly for the management of projects that occur frequently as also the main tasks of each project and secondary and of course the generation of documents is another great feature, as reports are also generated with automations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has small degrees of difficulty when exporting project information in standard formats and of course It should have more search parameters in the projects and improved notifications for the mobile application as well as the enablement of attaching element in an automated workflow.
