What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
As I said previously, it has an easy to navigate, user friendly interface. It is flexible with customization and allows for instant collaboration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The collaboration it allows for between teams. I also really like the calendar view function!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it had a reliable auto save function.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for project management and portfolio management.

The oversight of projects makes everything easy to use and the communication is a very nice touch to send emails to users.
