What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Many features - efficient working. Remote access from the mobile app - it is great!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I was looking for a solution to be able to easily create and access live spreadsheets to generate time sheets for a team of nationally deployed engineers. I found Smartsheet and never looked back. I was able to create 30 + of the time sheets using the spreadsheet feature and give a live link to individuals to input data each day. This took so much time out of the old manual process and gave me exactly what was required. The system is easy and straightforward to use if you are familiar with spreadsheets and all of my team were able to access with no issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There were a couple of times that the spreadsheets did not auto save, but could be due to connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is simple enough to implement with minimal effort - you can build your base spreadsheet and go from there
