What differentiates Sitecore Experience Platform from other similar products?
It is comprehensive and helpful if you have a complicated structure as a website (multi languages for instance). Else, go to another CMS
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quite a lot of modules to choose from to have a customized experience for the users
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too complicated to add modules, the IT team needs to be involved quite a lot, there are no plug-ins availables on a store (as there can be on prestashop or wordpress) Training is difficult too.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As far as IT safety the product is solid. It is also good for multiple BUs to share insights and contents.

What differentiates Sitecore Experience Platform from other similar products?
Unlike others in its sense of connection with customers, in general this type of tool is implemented mainly to gain new customers, but in particular this tool is aimed at both retaining customers and obtaining new ones, it is a good marketing system in the cloud. that does not require further knowledge
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It handles very well the aspects related to the contents, something important in any area of commerce, it also has an automated system in many of its characteristics, even allowing historical analysis of the databases to improve strategies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no criticism of this tool allows you to manage content and attract new customers with messages and attention

A great marketing platform that runs fast and helps manage job content
