What do you dislike most about this product?

Using Sisense on a mobile device is not the best experience. Sisense subscription fees are expensive.

Sisense is best suited for individuals who do not have substantial SQL query knowledge and expertise. Other software that gives more freedom is likely to exist for more experienced users. We used Sisense to let end customers do adhoc analysis and take corrective measures on planning. The biggest challenge was to load the data from SQL systems an provide analytical capabilities. This is where Sisense came to us as a savior. ElastiCube-way of Sisense's caching the data helped us in loading huge amount of SQL data and provide ease of querying the data. Great intuitive widget and dashboard design capabilities with minimal learning curve provides a great end-user experience. API based integration approach helped us to take up UI-free and scheduled data push/refresh mechanism

1. Ease of Data Integration via exposed APIs 2. Facility to add customization at various ends like: UI, Visualization, Data Integration, etc. 3. Online Documentation

What do you dislike most about this product?

T1/2 Support turnaround time is disappointing. It takes a good amount of time to get the Support team to same understanding as yours and get the issue resolved.
