What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

It has a diverse and remote workforce, keeping staff informed, easy to create a self-service knowledge base, one place for all staff information needs. Simpplr is great because it allows everyone to find the information they need, helps all employees collaborate on projects, and is easy to implement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simpplr can be customized for each user's experience. Anyone can log in and understand how to use it right away, but it also has more advanced capabilities for more advanced users. The engagement features are also excellent and it is a very easy to use and intuitive platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backend is complicated and there are a lot of features to keep up with; fortunately, the service team is very hands-on and always available to help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Having a single source of truth that can be easily shared across teams is a real game changer for me. It was incredibly easy to create content and incorporate other teams to upload theirs as well. Prior to launching with Simpplr, I had business-critical information in many different places, and this tool helped bring it all together in one solution without much hassle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Communication teams have autonomy to update and create without being tethered to creating an IT ticket or waiting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is always room for improvement whether it's creating new features or "nice-to-have" items.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this product for those communication teams wanting to directly impact their business with real-time access to information employees need when they need it -- think 24/7/365. The capabilities create a visually appealing site that delivers with the mindset that there is governance and ownership led by marketing/corporate communications.

What differentiates Simpplr from other similar products?

It is a cloud-based solution for various industry verticals. The software also offers native mobile apps for Android and iOS devices. Key features include an employee directory, event calendar, user dashboard, activity feeds, single sign-on and content archiving. Simpplr allows employees to create profiles, share content, follow users, and participate in polls or surveys. An alternative also offers an employee directory. Managers can create social workspaces that can be customized for teams and departments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simpplr's implementation and support teams are outstanding; it has ease of use, analytics, search and speed at which users can be successful with the tool and end-user adoption, including Simpplr's fast publishing and editing capabilities is fantastic. Simpplr is constantly updating its product with new features. Unlike other intranets I have used, they implement new features before they are ready, the updates Simpplr releases work great from the day they come out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not work without Internet and still has problems that the company does not solve; in the part of the administrative problem mentioned above is that, I periodically received error messages when trying to publish. They do not use their own application for help portal information. The support team is excellent and responds quickly, but if you are just trying to find information on their help site, it is a bit tedious. I would really like to see Simpplr have an admin site and a user site that I can enable in my own environment that has how-to articles and short videos.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Working with Simpplr is easy and they respond quickly. There is no way we could have done this so quickly with another application, The setup and ongoing administration was the fastest and easiest software implementation I have ever been a part of. The product is very easy to use, it allows us to share news, events, knowledge, policies, etc with our employees in an organized manner. It is amazing that you can go from zero to launch in as few months as we did. The implementation team should be noted and thanked for keeping the client on track during the process.
