Some clients will view the email and not respond, can't blame SR for this.

The fact that as an admin we can't have access to personal signrequest data sent from our org.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Competitive pricing + even better integration of ALL data in Salesforce. Better language/translations of the tool (and messages)
