What differentiates Shortcut from other similar products?

It's incredibly easy to use and by far the best project management platform. It has a clean visualisation for the most crowded that there could be in a teamwork. Also have a very responsive and reliable quality customer service ever.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has really helped to support team communication to the dev team much easier. Also improved communication and transparency with workflow. It's has made tracking work status extremely crystal clear.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything works properly and organised here. I like it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it to others.

What differentiates Shortcut from other similar products?

It has the ability to support large virtual gatherings on a platform that is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how seamless it is to use the platform. I was able to get trained with ease on the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see how companies can use this for conversations for fireside-type like interactions between customers and employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When implementing this tool - make sure you have planned a few events within the app for your team to get familiar right away!
