What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?

With Scoro you can manage your projects without any problems from adding tasks after weekly sprints to assigning owners and managing dependencies i was able to deliver the project on time. There is another time tracking tab that team members can use to track the time they spend on various tasks. This allowed us to make a time estimate for each task and ensure that the deadline was met, communication between departments was more effective, Scoro holds project team members accountable and the ability to assign a set of tasks to team members eliminates the need for project managers to assign and notify project team members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Work schedules, processes, and various team members may all be readily created. The most notable feature of Scoro is Automation, which allows you to add a Trigger and an Action to your projects or tasks. Scoro all-in-one project management allows you to manage document control from start to finish, delivering real-time status updates, dashboard sharing and uploads and downloads of drawings and construction documents, no matter where you are in the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Scoro can work to slightly improve the panel generation experience, you can also improve the image, project and folder icons can be a bit confusing as subfolders often work, especially if you're not familiar with Scoro as you can't immediately tell team members where to get project information and how to get it drilling down subfolders can cause problems and delays.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Scoro has features like automation and time tracking that set it apart from other PM systems. It may be different from what you're accustomed to, but the learning curve isn't as high as you may imagine, and it will undoubtedly assist you in better planning your project and increasing the productivity of your team.

What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?

incredible tool that offers a service and solution so that companies can control the workflow which has a great similarity with the Forecast tool because both are dedicated to the programming of resources and project management, keeping an order and control in regarding costs and prices, future budgets and organization of each activity that is carried out. Through the reports we can observe the level of performance and evaluate each task and workflow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using this tool we can easily monitor the process and performance of work and keep track of billing, it has provided us with the necessary support materials to fully manage our company, track tasks, work, collaboration, contact database and CRM, quoting and invoicing, advanced reporting and a 14-day free trial for the user to use the service and learn about its functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have not had any problems using this tool, we have been able to organize our company and manage all activities and tasks, it can be used through the web and at the same time keep track of our company, where we can store documents, keep a database of our customers and also allows us to create our own purchase invoices.

We recommend this tool for those companies that want to have a fluid and organized work, for companies that need a solution that manages projects, time, sales, finances and reporting in one place.

What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?

It's easy to implement, perfect for automated billing and reminders, connects seamlessly with our leading accounting software Xero, and Toggl our favorite time tracking tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like SCORO for its flexibility and for its ability to organize our projects and finances. Thanks to Gantt charts save more time, they can be exported as a PDF/JPG file. The GUI is amazing, it offers a lot of integration through Zapier, it's constantly evolving, it works wonderfully well, all in all, Scoro is doing an amazing job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't sync Scoro properly with Outlook.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Scoro is suitable for project management and CRM. It works wonderfully well, seamless and intuitive UX/UI, and is also suitable for transferring secure payroll data.
