What differentiates Sassafras AllSight from other similar products?

I have only used Allsights as I am new to the sys admin world. Our instance was orphaned for many years and I stood up a new instance to get all new and clean data. Learning the product with the help of the support team as been a breeze and the support team are very responsive and very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many including, the sync with our ticketing system TeamDynamix, the reporting of software has been extremely helpful currently in our situation on the back end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are very few to add in here which one is not being able to remove a custom asset from our TeamDynamix syncing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The setup of the product is very very easy, the support team is very responsive and always willing to help.
