What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?

Its capability as well as compatibility with almost every application. We primarily used it to manage sales and Finance and also had success automating it using RPA tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy accessibility, portability, integrity, efficiency and what not. It enables a seamless connection to other Desktop applications through APIs and integrated plugins.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I absolutely like all its features, nothing to dislike or that does not work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I thoughtfully recommend it all prospective buyers who are already familiar with SAP eco system without a question.

This tool allows sales agents to increase their sales numbers and productivity and efficiency as all teams maintain access to information in an updated and synchronized way

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quality of customer information is improved as it is all recorded in the same place. The tool provides a global view of customers allowing for better decision making when promoting our products and services

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is complex to adapt the tool to different organizations as it will depend directly on the operations and the type of products and services of each company. The user interface is certainly complicated at times, as it has many options and many configurations to be applied. It requires constant internet connection to be used, which in remote locations can be a problem for agents who are constantly traveling

This is a best tool with high efficiency
