What differentiates Sana Commerce from other similar products?

Sana Commerce is differentiated by its native integration with our ERP and its focus on advanced customization for individual customers. The overall experience with the software has been positive, as it has improved our productivity and customer experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it mainly for its seamless integration with popular ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, its ability to create customized online catalogs according to the client, and its sales process automation functionality, which helps us save time on manual tasks. The software addresses business problems such as seamless integration with our ERP system, customizing online catalogs for each customer, and automating sales processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Advanced customization may require technical knowledge and report customization may be limited compared to other similar solutions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sana Commerce is suitable for scenarios where deep integration with ERP systems, advanced customization of online catalogs and automation of sales processes are required. Less appropriate for businesses looking for a simpler solution or who do not need advanced eCommerce capabilities
