The amount of customization currently remains the standard. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The utilization of this platform indicates that the data structure is standard and verifiable. The audit trails and field history tracking are a safety net that a specialist in risk relies on, which the lesser CRMs do not have. It is the safe option that nobody ever questions the management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
