What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional from other similar products?

It's a directly integrated Salesforce Product. All others are 3rd party tack-on systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We love the forecasting functionality. This has been something we've been looking for that fully integrates into our process.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Could use more customization options based on how the organization is structured and how the hierarchy is set up. Roll ups with multiple levels are challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a super simple add on piece into what your sales team could be using, but fully investigate it's limitations first. It works for us for the most part, but certain levels of reporting aren't available with its current functionality,.
