Having our CRM, time tracking, client management and general ledger in one platform is great.

Cost. Reports are not as intuitive as they should be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely consider it if you want an integrated CRM and G/L. Expensive though.

1) Central Platform for all users and operational activities. 2) Perfectly integerable on required SAAS products. 3) Developing , testing , management are easy and automated to make process streamline.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No such proficiency is needed in developing codes , testing tools, creating tickets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) Slow support by the salesforce team at time of emergency. 2) Can be little improved in customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Flexible , scalable powerful suit of products for all organization needs either manually or automatically.
