What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers a highly configurable and customisable platform. The AI powered insights such as predictive analytical makes it among the most advanced CRM. Helps in increasing customer engagement and satisfaction thus leads to customer retention

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service is a little unresponsive. Beta testing needs to be improved. Overall the cost is high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall cost is high, but the product is highly recommended. very effective. Highly customisable and on demand cloud based environment makes the software unbeatable in the CRM space.
