It is designed to help sales reps handle the sales process efficiently while keeping track of large amounts of lead-specific data. This data - purchase history, bills, performance figures, etc. - is used to monitor and predict the behaviour and financial readiness of individual leads.It lets companies build personalized ecommerce storefronts specifically tailored to large-volume purchases, with fast setup and a seamless, self-managing customer experience that maximizes profits.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Aspects which i like are lead generation through smart targeted marketing campaigns like email marketing, ads, events and more. Lead Scoring & Qualification through further engagement and nurturing, the focus is on assessing the compatibility of leads and prioritising the most promising ones. For example, a lead might indicate their interest and suitability for further interaction by downloading a brochure and opting in for further communication. Lead can request a quote and sales rep can directly negotiate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
B2B Commerce Cloud can be expensive for smaller businesses, especially those just starting out, and it needs expertise as the platform can be complex for newbies to set up and manage, which may require additional investment in resources..
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can talk about the learning experience enhancements from the product team. it has got limited integrations so it may not be able to integrate with some third party tools but overall its a good tool for maximizing the customer experience and ease of doing business.

B2B commerce provides clients the ability to scale and grow their e-commerce sites from smaller scale software. Not only is it supported by the full Salesforce 360 suite of clouds providing value in other areas of business, the flexibility of the storefront, customisation of the backend and availability of APIs into any ERP or WMS truly sets Salesforce apart
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customisation of the front end for your e-commerce storefront, both from out the box capabilities and options to code
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are certain features on the roadmap which are ambiguous and difficult to understand where the value lies

Consider the different types of contract Salesforce has to offer, understanding whether you want to be charged on volume of orders or the value of an order
