Rippling is a one stop shop for everything. Managing time off, payroll, and benefits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having the ability to request time-off and see the total amount of time taken.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing about the product is something that I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From an employee who uses Rippling, I 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling is easier and more intuitive to use than any other HR software I have ever laid my hands on. Blows tools like ADP out of the water - there is literally no comparison.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use - I used Rippling at my last job and got used to being able to request time off or check my paystubs easily - now, my company uses ADP and it's archaic, clunky, and confusing. Any normal process requires a how-to email in order to get simple tasks done. I miss Rippling so much.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm trying to think of something I didn't like and I can't think of anything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out and prepare to be wow'ed.

Benefits Administration Employee participation in benefits programs such as paid time off, medical/dental/life insurance policies, 401k/RRSP participation, as well as self-service.

Payroll Administration Includes basic payroll, taxes and other deductions, check runs, deposits, and pay stubs.
