What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Again, it's the ease of use. I love how intuitive it is to use and navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend they give it a try. Once you use it it's hard to not like.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

It is very easy to use and maneuver, it is a complete and comprehensive solution for IT and HR management, integrations help speed up onboarding and are very useful as an end user, the platform keeps a lot of important insurance information located In one easy tab, all the basics are handled well and it is clear that they made sure to focus on the important aspects of HR, it is a very convenient and efficient way to access everything you need for virtual human resources, also the Simple compliance reports are some of my favorite features of this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's great to have a single provider that can adapt to so many things and do it in an intuitive way for the user, the interface is clean and easy to navigate, I also like being able to quickly contact customer service, I also like the graphics and the simple fonts and the fact that it is easy to find everything you need, what I love is that they seem to have thought of all the big and small things that are useful when managing HR together with IT, it provides a great structure for our company from the beginning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A suggestion may be to have a small tutorial so that you know all the functionalities that this tool has, when it is used for the first time, that would be my only suggestion to be able to use this software in the best way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will help you keep track of much of your work information, it is a reliable application that I can recommend with great confidence, it has been very helpful.
