What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
The ease of use! I can get everything I need without having to go through unnecessarily dense steps. Everything is at your fingertips.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Again, I'd say ease of use. I can find whatever info I'm looking for extremely easily and I love that not only for myself, but for my entire team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The TFA feels clunky at times. This process could definitely use a second glance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my experience, this works great for small/medium teams. It's simple, easy to immediately understand, and a breeze to run through the basics with your team.

Great functionality and support!

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
It's hard for me to compare since it's the only software of this kind I've used daily, but what I really like about Rippling is its helpful support team and constant improvement. For example, today we just decided to purchase their new LMS product which looks by far the best on the market and is easily integrated in the onboarding process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to have most of our employees' data I need in quick access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Recently, we've experienced a couple of issues with updating and saving our employees' data, which was really stressful for us and took a while to solve. However, their Product team was really helpful and willing to solve it as quickly as possible, so now we're good :)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure it meets most of your HR and Operations needs.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
In these moments I can say that it really does a good job, it is reliable and safe. Managing schedules has never been as simple as it is now with this indispensable tool for our organization, employees now have a secure system for creating and managing schedules, they are attentive to changes at all times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its implementation process was very simple, although being new we did not know very well how it should work, but with the help of its technical support that was always there when you need it, timely with its answers and solving our problems with great ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly don't find anything negative to mention about this platform, it keeps us very organized at all times, it's wonderful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It takes very little time to create users, for a work environment that requires a lot of organization for your meetings or even shift changes, it is all you could need.
